Why do you charge for VIP access?
- We are not profit-motivated. The pricing helps us cover essential operational costs including server hosting, domain registration, and infrastructure maintenance. These fees ensure we can keep Quizzer running smoothly and continue providing quality education resources to our community. Our mission is to make quality education accessible to everyone, and the pricing model allows us to sustain and improve the platform.
How do the multi-month bundles work?
- A 1-month VIP purchase is 30,000 MMK. For 2 months or more, VIP is calculated at the normal 25,000 MMK per month rate: 2 months is 50,000 MMK and 6 months is 150,000 MMK.
What is included in the Free plan?
- The Free plan includes question bank access, basic practice mode, community access, and public GED study resources. Upgrade to VIP when you want flashcards, exam simulation, answer reviews, and progress insights.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
- Yes. You can upgrade from Free to VIP at any time. If you're on monthly VIP, you can switch to a multi-month bundle to save money.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept KBZ Pay, WavePay, AYAPay, UAB Pay, and Visa.
How does the School Plan work?
- The School Plan is designed for institutions and large groups. It includes bulk licensing, a dedicated dashboard for teachers, and custom integration options. Contact us for a quote.
Do you offer refunds?
- No, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All purchases are final, regardless of whether you have a Free, VIP, Teacher, Bulk, or School Plan. This policy applies even if you cancel your subscription, encounter technical issues, or are banned from the platform. Please make sure you understand what's included in your plan before subscribing.
Can my account be banned?
- Yes. We reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts that engage in suspicious activities. Accounts may be banned for: sharing account credentials with others, using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, attempting to hack or exploit the platform, violating our terms of service, engaging in fraudulent payment activities, using automated tools or bots, or any other misuse of the platform. Banned accounts will lose access to all features immediately. Please note that we do not offer refunds for banned accounts, regardless of whether you had a Free, VIP, Teacher, Bulk, or School Plan. We monitor account activity and may ban accounts without prior warning if suspicious behavior is detected.
What is the personal code I receive after purchase?
- After you complete your purchase, our team will send you a personal code via email or through your account dashboard. This code is unique to your account and must be kept confidential. You cannot share this code with anyone else. Sharing your personal code violates our terms of service and may result in immediate account suspension or ban without refund. This code is used to verify your account and access certain premium features.
